Glen, Ellen, CA – Mountain Vista Farm, a trusted leader since 1949 in addiction treatment, marks its 75th anniversary this year. Since its inception in the idyllic location of a former Prohibition-era speakeasy tucked in the hills of Sonoma Valley, the program has been at the forefront of addiction treatment. Its dedicated team has established a reputation for compassionate care, evidence-based treatment, and hope for those with substance use disorders and their families.
Throughout the past 75 years, Mountain Vista Farm has touched the lives of more than 400 individuals annually, without pause. It is a first choice for referrals from EAPs, outpatient providers, first responder networks, and HMOs. Stories of resilience and transformation abound from alumni who participate in cost-free weekly alumni sessions and attend the recovery meetings that Mountain Vista Farm makes available to 12-step and alternative support groups.
The Mountain Vista Farm Outpatient Program was opened in Santa Rosa in May 2024, offering in-person and telehealth treatment. Along with its long-standing residential treatment program in Glen Ellen, Mountain Vista Farm continues to make a difference, one life at a time.
